Humane Society of Garland County Thrift Store,

2026 Central Ave., in the Freeman Center, is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Stop in and shop in-store specials, with new arrivals, daily. Donations of gently worn, clean clothing and shoes, jewelry, purses, antiques, home décor, household items, books and furniture in good condition are accepted. All proceeds contribute to the care, veterinari­an fees and shelter for dogs and cats at the kennel facilities at 1249 Ault Loop, Lonsdale.
