A Lonsdale man was arrested Thursday evening after allegedly breaking into a woman’s home and urinating on her sofa, later claiming he thought the homeowners were “hiding sex slaves” in the residence.

Anthony Parker Bailey, 31, who lists an LD Trail address, was taken into custody shortly before

6:30 p.m. and charged with a felony count of residential burglary, punishable by up to 20 years in prison. He was being held on $5,000 bond and was set to appear Friday in Garland County District Court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday, Garland County sheriff’s Deputy John Crow was dispatched to a residence in the 2900 block of Highway

128 regarding an unknown man wearing shorts and no shirt who had entered the residence and refused to leave.

Upon arrival, Crow located the man, later identified as Bailey, sitting in the ditch next to the roadway with a 17-yearold male standing next to him. When asked what happened, Bailey allegedly stated he broke into the residence because he believed the homeowner, the

17-year-old, was “hiding sex slaves” inside.

When asked if he had consumed any drugs or medication, Bailey reportedly admitted that within the last 10 hours he had taken “speed,” PCP and “murder.” According to a drug slang dictionary, murder is sometimes used as a slang term for heroin and cocaine or Fentanyl.

The homeowner and mother of the 17-year-old told Crow she came home to find Bailey exiting the front of her residence with her son following behind him. She said when she asked Bailey who he was and what he was doing in her house, he refused to identify himself and told her he had “marked her couch.”

She said she went inside the house and discovered her sofa appeared to have been urinated on.

The son told Crow he was inside the residence when he heard someone in the living room. He went in and found Bailey on the sofa “speaking incoherently.” When he asked Bailey how he got in, Bailey told him the door was unlocked.

The affidavit notes both the homeowner and her son wanted to press charges against Bailey. LifeNet responded and checked Bailey out and he was cleared to be taken into custody.
