It has a selection of clothing for men, women, children and plus sizes; shoes, household items and furniture are available. RPM Thrift Store, 815 Albert Pike, is open from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Articles include household items, appliances, furniture, TVs, women’s accessorie­s, toys and more. Items donated are tax-deductible. Proceeds benefit Recovery Point Ministry, a faithbased, nonprofit organizati­on that provides a nurturing environmen­t to help women step out of their pain from destructiv­e habits and begin to rebuild their lives through the life-changing power of Jesus Christ.

Haven United Methodist Thrift Store, 645 Park Ave., is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays and Saturdays.

Helping Hands of Bismarck,

United Methodist Thrift Store, 304 Albert Pike, is open from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday and Saturday. The store stocks men’s,

women’s and children’s clothing and accessorie­s, household items, fabric and books, in good condition. Clean, usable donations of clothes, housewares and small furniture are appreciate­d. Proceeds are used to assist needy families in Garland County.

John & Sue Anthony Vintage Mall, 1679 Highway 7 north, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday;

Stop Animal Cruelty Thrift Store, 821 Hobson Ave., is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. All proceeds benefit the rescued pets in foster care. SAC is an all-volunteer organizati­on striving to promote humane principles, prevent cruelty and alleviate fear, pain and suffering in animals. It investigat­es reports of cruelty and neglect in Hot Spring and Garland counties. Donations of kitchen items, home décor, clothing, shoes, bedding, linens, collectibl­es and furniture in good condition are appreciate­d. Donations of dog and cat food or pet supplies may be left at the store. All donations are tax-deductible. Low-cost spay and neuter vouchers are available to the public. All donations are tax-deductible, receipt provided. Proceeds benefit this community crisis interventi­on ministry. Every dollar received buys $3-$5 in food that is distribute­d locally.
