1927, to Beulah McTigrit Rowe and Charles (Charlie Boy) Rowe in Clinton, Texas (now Galena Park), in Harris County, Texas.

Her favorite verses in the Bible were Romans 10:910, which says, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart, man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

After graduating from high school, Imogene began working at Western Union and attended training school in Springfield, Mo. After working in the Western Union offices in Baton Rouge, La., and Lindon, La., she returned to work in Hot Springs. She was working at the downtown office when she met her future husband and lifelong love, Paul Miller. Imogene married Paul on June 15, 1947, and together enjoyed 72 years of joyful marital union.

Imogene and Paul were blessed with three children, Paul Timothy, Karen Jean and Michael Alan. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Timothy; her son-in-law, Thomas Norton Sr.; and most recently her husband, Paul.
