Christian Science
Christian Science Church, 808 Central, will hear the lesson-sermon “Doctrine of Atonement” during the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service. Services are also held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month, at 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.
Community of Christ, 1590 Airport Road, will remain closed through April and longer, if necessary, as directed by Gov. Asa Hutchinson. The church will continue to keep in touch with the congregation through social media, phone calls, and weekly updates via email. The Worship Team has decided that Palm Sunday, Passion Week, and the Easter celebration are “all too important in our faith group to skip over because of the coronavirus; therefore, we will be celebrating those events once we return to church.” Dates for the Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, and Easter services will be announced later.
