LeAnn Vaughn McNeely, 66, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away peacefully from this Earthly home and entered the Kingdom of Heaven on May 10, 2020.

She was born on Sept. 5, 1953, to the late Arthur “Punk” and Nona Vaughn. She was predecease­d in death by her husband, Lance McNeely.

LeAnn was a member of Grand Avenue Baptist Church. She worked as a PT at the Hot Springs Rehabilita­tion Center in her younger years. Then she went to work for the Arkansas State Plant Board in Little Rock for several years until she transferre­d to Garland County Health Department from where she retired. LeAnn was a loving daughter, sister, auntie and a second mother to many. She had a smile that would light up the room when she came in and will be missed by all her family and friends.

LeAnn’s survivors include her Uncle L.C. and Virginia Gaither, of Hot Springs; her brother, Dale Vaughn, of Hot Springs; sister, Melissa (Adam) Muir, of New Zealand; nieces, Jordan Fustin, Lyndi (Brandon) Turner, all of Hot Springs, Charli West, of DeWitt, and nephews, Sam Fustin, of Hot Springs, Nathan Vaughn, of Little Rock; and all her great-nieces and -nephews that she loved so dearly, Brynden and Makinzi Fustin, Ciono Vaughn, Elli Vaughn and Brandon “Jr.” Turner, all of Hot Springs.

A special thank you to all of the wonderful doctors and nurses at St. Vincent hospital that cared for her during this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arkansas Hospice Hot Springs Inpatient Center.

A celebratio­n of LeAnn’s life will be held at a later date.
