City Plumbing, Heating & Electric is celebrating 30 years in business.
Former owners Larry Crawford, Bobby Hood and Dixie Gossett passed on to present owners Ronnie Carroll, Elwen Guthrie and Rick Bonte a legacy of service that has earned this company numerous awards, which include “Best Plumbing Service” from Readers’ Choice in The Sentinel-Record and Hot Springs Village Voice for numerous years; Outstanding Philanthropic Corporation from the Arkansas Community Foundation; Best Customer Service to Women from the Arkansas Business & Professional Women, as well as others.
Since 2007, the company has contributed thousands of dollars to nonprofits in the area.
Under the present leadership of Carroll, Guthrie and Bonte, the mission of City Plumbing, Heating & Electric has been to provide prompt, reliable service that exceeds the clients’ expectations; to be positive and cooperative in the workplace, and to gain clients that generously refer us as their service provider of choice.
Longtime employees have been an integral part of the success of the company, which include Charlie Bobus, Leslie Henderson and Dewayne Smith, with more than 13 years’ employment each.
“Many others have joined along the way and are essential to the success this company has enjoyed,” a news release said.
“For these we are thankful! We believe we have one of the best teams in our history.
“Not only is our success due to our employees, but to our loyal customers, as well. Many of our customers have been with us since 2005 and beyond. We recognize that without these faithful clients we would not be as successful as we are. To you, we say, “thank you!”
