The following stats were posted Monday on the Arkansas Department of Health website:

• 74,286 cumulative confirmed cases, up 596 from Sunday.

• 691 rolling seven-day average of new confirmed cases, up

28.14 from Sunday.

• 891,524 PCR test reports, up 7,540 from Sunday.

• 8.3% cumulative PCR infection rate, no change from Sunday.

• 2,078 cumulative probable cases, up 45 from Sunday.

• 22.2% cumulative antigen infection rate, up from 21% Sunday.

• 6,706 confirmed and probable active cases, up 21 from Sunday.

• 68,456 recoveries of confirmed and probable cases, up

603 from Monday.

• 447 hospitaliz­ations, up 35 from Sunday.

• 1,048 confirmed deaths, up

15 from Sunday.

• 149 probable deaths, up one from Sunday.

• 97 cases on a ventilator, up

12 from Sunday.

• 1,732 cumulative confirmed cases in Garland County, up three from Sunday.

• 129 active confirmed cases in Garland County, down five from Sunday.

• 1,559 recoveries of confirmed cases in Garland County, up seven from Sunday.

• 44 confirmed deaths in Garland County, up one from Sunday.

• Five probable deaths in Garland County, no change from Sunday.

The updated list of school districts with five or more active student and staff cases the Health Department released Monday reported seven active cases in the Lake Hamilton School District, up from the six listed in Thursday’s report.

Monday’s report listed five active student and staff cases in the Hot Springs School District, down from the 10 in Thursday’s report. The 748 active cases reported in the state’s public school districts were 23% more than the number in Thursday’s report.

Monday’s moving seven-day average of new cases was 30% higher than the previous Monday’s. Hospitaliz­ations rose 19% over that time, and COVID-19 patients requiring mechanical ventilatio­n rose 28%.

Gov. Asa Hutchinson released the following statement on Monday’s numbers.

“We continue to see good testing numbers in Arkansas. Our antigen testing has already exceeded our monthly goal and our PCR testing is on pace to do the same. The Arkansas Department of Health continues to do outstandin­g work in identifyin­g and tracing COVID-19 cases across the state. (Today), I will talk about what we should do to prepare for the winter and discuss the latest White House report.”
