Ruby Lee Lowery Albaugh, age 93, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, Oct. 9, 2020.

Evelyn M. Clemente
Evelyn M. Clemente, 83, of Hot Springs, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020. She was born on Dec. 30, 1936, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Eugene Schultz and Violet Hodge Schultz. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and was an administrative assistant with Medical Research Co. She loved camping and dancing.
She was predeceased by her parents; and one daughter, Cindy Wilder.
Survivors include her loving husband of 48 years, Enzo “Hank” Clemente, of Hot Springs; one stepson, Jim Clemente, of Spofford, N.H., and one grandson, Chris Taylor, of Hot Springs.
As per her wishes, she will be cremated.

Fred Lee Foster, age 55, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, Oct. 9, 2020.

FOUNTAIN LAKE — Frances Graves, 73, of Fountain Lake, passed away on Oct. 9, 2020.

Joan K. Kendall
BONNERDALE — Joan Kathleen Kendall, age 59, of Bonnerdale, passed away Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020.
She was born on Feb. 2, 1961, in Live Oak, Calif., the daughter of William Oliver and Earlene Harvey Oliver. On Feb. 2, 1980, she married Tony Kendall. She was preceded in death by her father.
Joan was a Christian in her faith and a homemaker. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was so easy to love with her beautiful spirit. Joan will be greatly missed and always loved.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Kendall; her son, J.J. Kendall, of Bonnerdale; two daughters and sons- in- law, Kathleen and Tony Sutton, of Jonesboro, and Kristy and Josh King, of Bonnerdale; six grandchildren, Halee Kendall, Jayden Kendall, Kylie Kendall, Jaxon Lowery, Sawyer King and Kennedy King; her mother and stepfather, Earlene and James Wacaster, of Hot Springs; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Bill and Charlotte Oliver, of Smithville, Ky., and James Oliver, of Bonnerdale; one sister and brother-in-law, Kelly and Neal Woodall, of Bonnerdale; several nieces; nephews; extended family members; and a host of wonderful friends.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Mazarn Chapel Cemetery with Brother Brian Ferrell officiating.

James E. Reiter
Funeral services for James E. Reiter, who passed away May 17, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, at the
Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist, 589 West Grand Ave., Hot Springs, Ark. The 10 a.m. Mass will be said by the Rev. George Sanders, pastor, preceded by the Rosary at 9:30 a. m., led by Deacon Robert Wanless. Following the church services a celebration of Jim’s life will be presented by his children at the Hall in Southwood Subdivision.

Carl E. Russell
Carl Edward Russell, age 96, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 11, 2020, at his home in Hot Springs Village, Ark.
He was born Dec. 21, 1923, in St. Louis, Mo., to Mildred Lavon ( Sidman) Russell. He was a graduate of Fort Dodge High School, where he favored sports and music. On the stage of the musical “Naughty Marietta,” Carl met Bonita Bodenstein; the couple married in Washington D.C. on Nov. 25, 1944, while Carl was on leave with the Navy. After his service, Carl attended Iowa State University and upon graduation was employed by International Harvester ( later Navistar). He spent his entire career in the sales organization and held the longest tenure with the company when he retired. Carl and Bonita moved to Hot Springs Village in 1987, where Carl became an active member of the Barcelona Road Baptist Church, sang in the choir and led community service projects.
Carl is survived by six children, Roslyn (Middleton), Tina ( McGown), Pamela ( Ascher), Patrick, Cynthia ( Trotto) and Thomas. His nine grandchildren and 15 great- grandchildren range in age from 53 to 5, and live scattered throughout the country.
Friends, community and others who knew Carl are welcome to attend a funeral service at 10 a. m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020, at Barcelona Road Baptist Church, 390 Barcelona Rd. in Hot Springs Village. At 11 a. m., he will be laid to rest joining Bonita in the Sacred Heart Church columbarium.
