Frank Will Tops departed this life on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020, at CHI St. Vincent hospital.

He was born Dec. 12, 1942, in Tarry, Ark., to the late Will Tops and Jamie Hall Phillips. He was the first son of three children. He accepted Christ at an early age. Frank attended public school in the Hot Springs School District. He was employed by Vapors, Belvedere Country Club and Reynolds Metals Company.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Will Tops and Jamie Hall Phillips; one brother, Jimmie Lee Phillips; and two sons, Tony Tops and Brian Thompson.

He leaves to cherish his memory: His wife, Eddie Tops; three sons, Frank ( Vanessa) Tops Jr., Gregory (Claire) Thompson Sr., Greg ( Gail) Wyrick, all of Hot Springs, Ark.; two daughters, Cynthia (Jay-Jay) Johnson, Bryant, Ark., Landa Loudermill, Hot Springs, Ark.; one brother, Roy Lee (Barbara) Phillips, Prattsvill­e, Ark.; nine grandchild­ren and 18 great-grandchild­ren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be held noon Friday, Oct.16, 2020, at Crestview Cemetery with Brother Rickey Smith officiatin­g.

Visitation will be 2- 6 p. m. Thursday at Hot Springs Funeral Home.

Pallbearer­s are Anthony Smith, Rickey Freeman, Johnel L. Dale, Jr. Huff and Kevin Booker.

Honorary pallbearer­s are Dr. Smith, MD, Dr. Halah Al Dadah, Dr. Divine Ribakare, Dr. Lingyi Chen and “The Dog Pound Club.”

Arrangemen­ts are by Hot Springs Funeral Home.
