Let the Chamber promote your event

-

The Chamber did an exceptional job with their Facebook Live video of our Arbonne Fall Fest at the 1890 Williams House! This is a first for my Hot Springs team, but definitely not a last time. We were not rushed, and they helped create a fun and exciting atmosphere that drew guests to our event. I have no doubt they had a hand in making our Fall Fest a success! – Eleanor Sherfield, Arbonne International

Do you have an upcoming virtual or live event? Let your Chamber team help you spread the word. Here's a Chamber checklist to ensure maximum exposure:

• List your event on our Community Calendar. Our Community Calendar is on the Chamber of Commerce website. Send us your event flier/information and we'll post it on the calendar with a link to your page. With an average of 10,000 hits a month, the Chamber website is a great way to share your event.

• Let us share your event on our social media platforms. The Chamber Facebook page has reached over 25,500 in the last month alone, and the Chamber's Instagram account has a very active following as well. Our social media platforms are an excellent way to reach a fresh new audience.

• Display your event flier in the Chamber lobby. We encourage our members to display their promotional materials on our Community Bulletin Board in the well-trafficked Chamber lobby.

• Schedule a Chamber Facebook Live. Let us help you create some "buzz" with live footage prior to your event. Our latest Facebook Live event post was viewed over 1,000 times in the first few hours.

• Share your event in our Virtual Networking Group on Facebook. Our networking group is for Chamber members only, allowing for a focused audience and direct, personal access to your fellow professionals.
