HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — The Rotary Club of Hot Springs Village will have grant funding available this spring for eligible nonprofits that meet the guidelines, the club said in a news release.

Grant applications are available online at the Hot Springs Village Rotary Club website as well as from any member of HSV Rotary or Satellite Club.

Grant applications will be accepted from Feb. 1 through March 31, 2021. Requests for funding will be reviewed by the club’s grants committee and ranked based on merit. Recipients will be announced by May 1, 2021.

The criteria are listed on the application form. Each grant request must be sponsored by a Rotarian. If one is not listed by the applicant, a club member will be assigned as a sponsor, the release said.

Completed applications must be submitted by the March 31 deadline to HSV Rotary, Attention: Corrine White, 22 Ochavo Way, Hot Springs Village AR 71909.

Grant winners will be invited to a meeting of the Hot Springs Village Rotary Club to receive their check. The organization’s representative will make a brief presentation about the work their group does and how the grant funds will be used, the release said.

Recipients during spring 2020 included Cedar Mountain Boys & Girls Club, Faith Fellowship Food Pantry, Garland County Search and Rescue, Great Futures, HSV Police, Mountain Pine Schools Community Fund, Project HOPE, and #SupportSpaCity.

“Most of these recipients received funding for COVID-19 relief supplies, food, and safety equipment,” the release said.
