Buryl G. Hardin, 74, of Hot Springs, passed away March

23, 2021. He was born March

10, 1947, in San Patricio, Texas, to the late John J. and Lora F. Hardin.

Buryl loved hunting, fishing, traveling, watching deer, mowing his lawn, and helping others. He played and umped softball for many years and was an avid supporter of the Fountain Lake Cobra football program.

Buryl retired as a Wastewater Operator from the Hot Springs Village POA and worked at the Assembly of God Retreat Center in Hot Springs.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lora Hardin; grandparen­ts, Thomas and Ester Hardin, and Dewey and Oma Elliott; siblings, John D. Hardin and Iris D. Blakesley; and niece, Stefany Teague.

Survivors include his wife, Linda G. Hardin; siblings, Faye Bohannon and Lois (Shelby) Vincent; brother and sisterin-laws, Gina (Ellis) Hughes, Ronnie Veazey, and Tamara Teague; sons, Ty Wesley (Julie) Hardin and Johnny (Jade) Ford; special nieces and nephews, Kaye (Eric) Fain, Ellis (Cynthia) Hughes IV, Jennifer (Ruben) Cuevas, Carl Veazey and Steven Teague; and many other nieces and nephews; grandchild­ren, Anlynn Maxheimer, Ryan Hughes, Makenzie Hughes, Madilynn Hughes, Lexi-Grace Hughes, Audrey Hughes, Jazmyna Cuevas, Art Teague, Riley Teague, and another on the way, Baby Jax; and special pet, Tigger.

A Memorial Service will be

10 a.m. Friday April 2, 2021, at Hot Springs Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Gilmore and Shelby Vincent officiatin­g.

Due to COVID-19, a face covering is required and social distancing will be practiced.
