Wrongs never become right Dear editor:

May I share some plagiarized, politicized and personalized beliefs? Modern-day liberal thinking may be the result of indoctrination with repetitive, coercive persuasion that reduces one’s ability to think critically or logically; however, it will never make right, wrong or wrong, right. Rewriting history will not change the truths of history; however, learning from the past can impact the future. “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery and today’s a gift, that’s why we call it the present.”

Spiritual conversion takes place when a child of Adam becomes a child of God. Death and the resurrection of Jesus do not guarantee salvation for everyone; it does guarantee everyone opportunity for salvation. “Faith that falters at the finish was faulty from the first.”

Man stands tallest when he kneels to pray or stoops to help the helpless. If we see something wrong and make no effort to correct it, we become part of it. It’s OK to be driven by bias when our bias is for grateful and worshipful love for God, compassionate love for mankind, integrity and patriotism.

The abortion atrocity will be over when the death penalty is enforced for intentional murder. “If it feels good, it’s OK” is a concept that replaced the standards of right and wrong. Too often, when old rules are changed, new truths become old lies.

Law-abiding citizens want to live where they have protection from criminals; criminals want to live where they have protection from prosecution. The reason drug addicts and millionaires are less content than parents with six children is that parents with six children don’t want more.

When the power of elected servants exceeds that of the citizens who elected them, the citizens become the servants. If law-abiding citizens are not allowed to own guns, criminals will be the only gun owners.

When CEOs and managers are allowed to walk away from bankrupt corporations with millions in so-called bonuses, that’s rewarding incompetent performance. Instead of receiving bonuses, they should be fined no less than a year’s pay. Three prominent products liberal governments produce are: more prosperity for the rich, more poverty for the poor, and more socialistic propaganda for all.

Getting “something for nothing” attracts the greedy as well as the needy. That explains why 70% of surveyed Americans approved of this administration’s wasteful spending. Entitlements to the able-bodied are an effective way for politicians to purchase votes. The reason so many elected politicians don’t fulfill their promises is, as soon as they take office, they become fully occupied with getting reelected.

The fact that school is not being provided for children of San Diego citizens, but is provided for illegal children, could cause one to wonder if illegal children are being indoctrinated rather than educated. Repetitive corrosive persuasion is most effective on the minds of young, but will never make wrong become right.

US under judgment Dear editor:

In my last letter on Sunday, Jan. 31, I said at the ending — “I certainly don’t think America is being blessed currently, but is instead being cursed. I really believe that America is now under God’s judgment!”

Perhaps some of you may think I went too far by saying that. If so, then I ask you just what do you think is the real underlying reason why America is continuing to experience an overwhelming amount of troubles? I have never seen things going so badly for America in all of my life!

Some others might say that since God is a God of love that He would never really punish us. God certainly is a God of love and great patience as well, but His patience is not unlimited. At some point, God can say — enough!

He is long-suffering and full of grace and mercy, but the Bible gives many examples of God sending judgment on people. God is in control of everything, so that means there are many ways that God can send judgment.

God warns that terrible consequences will come when we forget Him. “The smiles of heaven cannot remain on a nation that disregards the ways of God. If America turns away from God, its blessings will likewise be removed and replaced with judgment.” (“The Harbinger” by Jonathan Cahn, Page 221)

Remember, God became so angry with how wicked that most people had become, that He sent a great flood that killed everyone except the good man Noah and his family who escaped on a large boat called the ark!

Remember also that God destroyed the wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by rain

ing down fire and brimstone on them!

God even brought a plague upon His own chosen people, the ancient Israelites whenever they turned away from Him for too long! If God would punish His chosen people, what makes us think that we are exempt from God’s judgment? We’re not!

Other readers might say that these examples were all in the Old Testament and God does not send judgment in these New Testament times. You would be wrong to think that.

Please read 1 Corinthians 10:6 through 11 (which is, of course, in the New Testament) pay special attention to what Verse 11 says — “These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us. … ” Warnings for us! Is that not clear enough?

We should remember what happened to the ancient Israelites when they sinned against God. Many of them died! God wants us to live and be blessed instead of experiencing suffering and even destruction. God is trying to wake us up so that we will turn back to Him once more!

You will be amazed at what you will learn about God, the plague and the role that abortion plays in all of this!

‘Diversity’ defined Dear editor:

“Diversity” as defined by socialism and communism equals “my way or the highway.”

A treasured, though imperfect, string of beads is handed down to you from a beloved ancestor. Someone comes along, and while you’re not “paying attention” begins to “diversify” and replace one bead at a time, of their choosing, and one day, to your surprise, you no longer recognize your treasured string of beads. It’s too late to complain — your beads are no longer here neither is “diversity.” Their plan is complete and you will have lost your “treasured inheritance.” Substitute the string of beads with our treasured, free United States of America, stolen little by little by socialism, communism. Wake up America!

Years ago, watching the Olympics, it was told that the young girls from communist countries were held to such rigorous training, it was no longer sport, but abuse.

When the military is put on display by communist governments, you think you’re watching a motorized machine, not flesh and blood human beings.

I believe in prayer. I believe that prayer changes things. I believe that if enough Christians stand against the things the left has tried to make us feel like we’re not Christian if we don’t embrace (abortion, LGBTQT and transgender), God will “Bless America” and not allow our “treasured string of beads,” given by our ancestors, to be stolen from us.

Acts 5:29 — We ought to obey God rather than men. God’s word is clear on abortion (Proverbs 6:17 — God hates hands that shed “innocent” blood) and homosexuality (Leviticus 18:1-30).

I think the thing that angers me most is the left socialists’ dishonest, totally fake pretense that they are “friends” of anyone. They can use Black, white, little green men from Mars, to do their dirty work, and that’s all you can call it, to take over our God blessed U.S.A. I look for them to try to ban the beautiful American flag any day! They have already tried to remove “One nation under God” from the pledge and talked about removing “In God we trust” from our currency. Wake up America!

As far as I’ve seen, Benghazi Hillary and Christians need to get off their high horse “apologizing for America Barack Hussein Obama, are “indifferent” as to anything concerning God or the symbols of our Great Nation.

By the way, won’t it be “a beautiful day in the neighborhood” when Dems have to admit that the great Black Americans are, and have been, outsmarting them, doing everything they tried to convince them they couldn’t do? Lord hasten the Day!
