Mark Bowlin, age 57, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away at home surrounded by family on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021. He was born March 21,1964, in Little Rock, Ark.

Mark graduated from Lakeside High School in Hot Springs in 1982. He then attended the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Gamma Upsilon Chapter. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administra­tion from the U of A before graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1989. Following school, he joined Acxiom where he was a dedicated employee for over 20 years. Mark was a member of First United Methodist Church in Benton, Ark.

He was a strong, yet quiet man, with an especially entertaini­ng sense of humor. He was fiercely devoted to his family and friends, and particular­ly compassion­ate to those in need. Mark enjoyed playing golf and was a die-hard Razorback fan, but his greatest joy in life was watching his son Blake play baseball and basketball.

He is survived by his wife, Anne Kidd Bowlin; and son, Blake Bowlin; his sisters, Tamra (Ted) Hart, of Hot Springs, and Toni (Allen) Laws, of Russellvil­le; niece, Hannah Porter; and nephews, Max Porter and Matt Laws. He was preceded in death by his parents, William (Bill) Bowlin and Norma Bowlin.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30, followed by a Celebratio­n of Life reception at Gross Funeral Home, 120 Wrights Street, Hot Springs, AR 71913. Donations may be made to CARTI, 8901 CARTI WAY, Little Rock, Ark. 72205
