HS Toastmasters to meet Saturday

Hot Springs Toastmasters Club 7643 will hold its regular meeting at 8 a.m. Saturday at First Church of the Nazarene, 3804 Central Ave., and via Zoom.

This follows the annual club International Speech and Evaluation contests, where Casey Clem and Nancy Britt became eligible for the Area A-3 contest scheduled for 1 p.m. March 12. Links will be made available for members who wish to watch that contest on Zoom. The division contest, as well as District 43 level contests, will be in April.

In-person participants are encouraged to bring or wear a mask.

If attendance is high enough, a larger room is available. Easy access is available at the back of the church building, off Files Road.

There is no charge to attend and see what the club is about. Meetings normally are one hour long.
