HS Toastmasters to meet Saturday

Hot Springs Toastmasters Club 7643 will hold its regular meeting at 8 a.m. Saturday at First Church of the Nazarene, 3804 Central Ave., and via Zoom.

The seasonal Area A-3 International Speech and Evaluation contests will be held at 1 p.m. on Zoom, following the club contests held two weeks ago.

Members who want to watch and support club representatives Casey Clem and Nancy Britt should receive Zoom access information before the area contests. The succeeding division contest, as well as District 43 level contests, will be in April.

In-person participants are encouraged to bring or wear a mask.

If attendance is high enough, a larger room is available. Easy access is available at the back of the church building, off Files Road.

There is no charge to attend and see what the club is about. Meetings normally are one hour long.
