Toastmasters to install new officers

Hot Springs Toastmasters Club 7643 will install new officers at its regular weekly club meeting at 8 a.m. Saturday in the Kass Room of the National Park Hospital.

Installing officer will be LeNelle Thompson, current area director for Area A-3 in District 43 of Toastmasters International. Thompson is also upcoming division director for Division A.

Division A is one of six in the District, which covers all of Arkansas, western Tennessee, and northern Mississippi. Serving as a club officer is part of the potential path towards higher leadership options in the District.

Visitors are welcome, at no charge. Contacting the in advance is recommended. Visitors also have the option to participate in the organized impromptu speaking portion of a meeting.
