Toastmasters to temporarily relocate

Anyone wishing to attend a Toastmasters International meeting should call 501-538-3778 for directions to its temporary meeting place while its former meeting location is being renovated.

The meetings are still held each Saturday beginning at 8 a.m., according to a news release.

“Have you ever paid attention to how public figures speak? Have you noticed how some are eloquent while others, aren’t? True, practice makes perfect, however, if you aren’t sure of what you are hearing, it is hard to correct,” the release said.

“Many have benefited from Toastmasters here locally. The eclectic variety of members keeps meetings fun and enjoyable. Society is becoming less and less social. Don’t let that be you! Why not attend a meeting as a guest?”
