Body found in Santa Clarita wash
Foul play not suspected in death of man believed to be homeless
A man was found dead in the wash Monday afternoon, according to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. Detectives believed he died of natural causes.
Sgt. Brian Allen said the call came in around 2:49 p.m. in the 26000 block of Ruether Avenue.
According to Allen, the man is believed to be a homeless individual who died of natural causes and may have fallen into the wash. No foul play is suspected.
The Los Angeles Department of Medical ExaminerCoroner will be investigating the man’s death.
