Weather spotlight
A large tree lays fallen on a house after high winds and heavy rain hit a neighborhood south of Lock Haven, in Clinton County, Pa. on Friday. Home owner Frank Dwyer, a well known retired school teacher and former principal, died in the incident. A series of storms hopscotched across western and central Pennsylvania overnight, turning roads into rivers, closing schools and damaging homes in communities as far as 150 miles apart.
