LA falls behind big time

As of The Signal’s press deadline Friday, the Atlanta Braves led the Dodgers 12-3 in the bottom of the seventh inning.

Jaime Garcia, Tyler Flowers and Freddie Freeman each homered for the Braves. Flowers was 2-for-3 with four RBIs and Garcia was 1-for-3 with four RBIs.

For the Dodgers, Enrique Hernandez and Yasmani Grandal were both 2-for-3 with an RBI.

Angels, Red Sox

The Angels trailed the Boston Red Sox 6-1 in the middle of the eighth inning as of The Signal’s press deadline.

The Angels’ Martin Maldonado was 2-for-3 with an RBI.
