Diabetes 101
What: The American Diabetes Association presents an informative discussion on diabetes to educate Oakmont and community residents on diabetes, the importance of knowing their risk, and available programming for preventing Type 2 diabetes. This educational lecture will be given by the Prevent T2 program, a 12-month lifestyle change program designed to help people adopt healthy habits to reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
