The Santa Clarita City Council is inviting the community to attend the Santa Clarita Cycling Bear unveiling dedication. Painted by artist Frank Rock. The theme was inspired by the Amgen Tour of California (ATOC), a prestigious cycling event which the City has hosted a record thirteen times. Near the AMPM station on 23106 Valencia Blvd.
