Fuller wins ‘40 Under 40’

Lyndsay Fuller is a star – and she has an award to prove it. The director of sales and marketing for Pardee Homes’ Los Angeles Ventura Division, Fuller recently earned “40 Under 40” recognitio­n from Profession­al Builder, a national magazine of the homebuildi­ng industry.

“The innovative, thoughtful and accomplish­ed profession­als of our Class of 2018 are doing it all,” Mike Beirne, Profession­al Builder senior editor, said in a news release. “Whether you’re discussing sales volume and marketing outreach, new technologi­es and processes, or the ability to work full-time, raise families and give back to the community, you’re talking about one of our superstars — like Lyndsay Fuller of Pardee Homes.”

Fuller has worked in real estate developmen­t for the past 12 years, joining Pardee Homes in 2016 to craft and implement the branding, marketing, model design management and sales team assemblage for the May 2017 launch of Aliento in Santa Clarita’s Golden Valley.

The 40 Under 40 Class of 2018 will be celebrated as part of the magazine’s Under 40 Executive Summit on June 25-26 in San Francisco. The Summit is a featured event at PCBC, the homebuildi­ng industry’s largest regional exposition and conference.
