NorthPark Community Church is scheduled to host its fourth annual Christmas Cafe event Sunday.

“The event is bringing multiple generations and people together,” said musical director Stephen Petree.

A range of singers and songwriters will perform classic and original Christmas songs from 6 to 8 p.m.

The event is free to the community and will take place at the church’s campus, located at 28310 Kelly Johnson Parkway in Valencia.

“The touring artist and song writers come in and play,” Petree said. “It’s musicianship, songwriting and a good opportunity.”

Artists Shawn Klaiber, Desiree Hope and Emily Jaye will perform along with some artists in training, Petree said. “It’s more of a chill vibe. We turn it into a cafe.”

The cafe will be full of appetizers and desserts brought to share by the members

“It’s for all ages. It’s also a kickoff for our donations for Bridge to Home.” Stephen Petree, musical director
