Wildcat Jackson One-person Comedy Magic Show

The Canyon Theatre Guild presents a rockin' tribute to the music and female singers of the 1960s. Follow eight women as they bring to life their memories of the music that shaped them. This jukebox musical includes hit songs from every genre, including, "My Boyfriend's Back," "To Sir With Love," "Respect" and "Proud Mary." The show pays tribute to every female singer, from iconic girl groups like the Supremes to legendary solo artists like Janis Joplin. Zonta Workshop on Taxes, Family Law
10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18 Valencia United Methodist Church, 25718 Mcbean Parkway, Valencia A workshop about the basics offiling taxes and family law issues, hosted by Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley, to help participants "learn about filing ta.xes - whether you file your own or not" and "family law issues - divorce, child custody and support." This free Lifeforward workshop is scheduled to be held in person and is also offered virtually via Zoom. VIA Hosts Conversation with SCV Sheriff's Captain
6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21 Margaritas Mexican Grill, 23320 Valencia Blvd., Santa Clarita The Valley Industry Association is scheduled to host "VIA Cocktails and Conversation: An evening with Santa Clarita Valley Sheriffs Captain Justin Diez." The public event invites people to come with questions as it is an opporttmity to address Diez and hear his updates about the SCV. Appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available. SCV Chamber Centennial Celebration Awards + Installation

City Hall Art Reception

A group show titled "Storytelling" is on display through March 3. The art on display invites the viewer into the storytelling process of the creation of art. The featured artists have created a story that tells more about the subject matter or inspiration for their work, providing the audience with a deeper understanding of the art. You can join the city for an evening to discuss the featured artwork and get to know the artists behind the unique pieces at this free reception.
St. Clare's 45th Annual Lenten Fish Fry

St. Clare's Lenten Fish Fries are back with indoor and outdoor dining available, as well as take-out. The cost is $15 for two-piece dinner or tacos; $16 for three-piece dinner. A family pack is available for $55, which includes 10 pieces of fish, two sides, and rolls, coleslaw and condiments. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.
