Police seek help to ID theft suspects

Amity Police are asking for the public’s help in identifyin­g suspects in a retail theft.

On Wednesday, Oct. 18, Amity Township Police responded to the Redner’s Warehouse Market off Route 422 in Douglassvi­lle. It was reported the suspect entered the store at approximat­ely 6:45 p.m. and took a shopping cart full of Monster and Red Bull energy drinks and left the store without paying for them, police said.

The suspect was described as an Hispanic male in his 40s, 6-feet, 3-inches tall, wearing a black and white windbreake­r jacket, blue jeans and a black baseball hat.

The suspect then fled the store through the “enter only” door that was opened by a second male in his 20s or 30s, standing 5- feet, 9-inches tall, wearing a black jacket, red T-shirt, black pants and a black New York Yan-

kees fitted baseball hat, according to police.

Both males fled the store

heading west on Route 422 toward Reading.
