Age in Place Home Care is a privately owned, licensed Pennsylvania provider of non-medical home care services. We are located right in downtown Hamburg, across the street from the Hamburg Diner. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each person or family that we deal with. As employees of Age In Place Home Care, our caregivers go through extensive training, are bonded and insured and have worker’s compensation protection.

Our caregivers will go directly to our client’s homes to help them with everyday activities and personal care that is now difficult for them to perform on their own. Whether it is light housekeeping or cooking a meal, help with bathing or dressing or even driving to a doctor’s appointment, an errand or getting the groceries, we are here to help. You may need help for a few hours, once a week or you may need help 24 hours a day; we have conscientious caregivers who are there to lend the necessary support.

By coming right to our client’s residence, we give our clients the ability to “age in place” so that they do not have to abandon the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. They are then able to continue with the camaraderie of good neighbors, friends or family and they do not have to transfer into a nursing home or some other type of assisted living facility.

In addition, Age In Place Home Care has an exclusive, in-home “Alzheimer/ Dementia Stimulation Program.” This program has been extremely successful in allowing individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease to live a more enjoyable and fulfilling life in the comfort of their own home.
