Search Group donates to Berks non-profit and charity organizations
The talent acquisition firm located in Berks will donate $100 to charity each time a placement occurs
A program recently launched by East Pointe Search Group (EPSG) aims to donate money to local non-profit and charitable organizations. Marie Moser, Owner/Founder of East Pointe Search Group believes “The Secret to Happiness is Helping Others” and “Doing Good Makes You Feel Good”.
EPSG, a Talent Acquisition firm located in Berks County, plans to donate $100 to one of the following organizations each time a placement occurs due to a referral (see details below): HBA Restoring Hope, Mary’s Shelter, Animal Rescue League, local summer playground programs and community libraries. The “strength in numbers” is what will drive this program. EPSG will utilize its proceeds for donations, therefore no monies are collected from participants.
East Pointe Search Group is a small business and in its search for a way to have strength in numbers in donating to these organizations, Marie thought “Why not ask others in our community for help. People will want to help friends, neighbors, and family find new employment which in turn creates a donation to one of the participating organizations.”
Details: For anyone who presents a newly referred employment candidate who is placed through EPSG and/or newly referred client company who hires through EPSG, EPSG will donate $100 in their name to one of the above-named organizations. We hope to gain additional awareness for all the good these organizations provide our community. And ultimately, Marie says, “We want to share the good feeling in doing good for others”.
