Owloween: 10a.m. to noon at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, Kempton. $5, $3for members. Celebrate Halloween on the Mountain with creepy crawly cold-blooded creatures - slithery, slimy, lots of legs - and of course, owls! Event will be set up open-house style, with walk through stations. Registrati­on required.

Equala TEA: The Boyertown Area Historical Society and the Boyertown Junior Women’s Club host a 100th anniversar­y celebratio­n of the 19th Amendment. Stop in at the Historical Society at 43 S. Chestnut St. in Boyertown on Nov. 1 between 1 and 4p.m. and learn about the woman’s struggle to get the right to vote. Visit the seasonal and permanent displays, learn about women’s suffrage and their victory, the 19th Amendment. Have some “Iced Tea” and some cookies. Free event.
