Fit and Fabulous Wednesdays: 9 a.m. at Birdsboro Community Memorial Center. Exercise class for seniors to improve balance, strength, flexibilit­y, and overall mobility while moving to music. Taught by a licensed physical therapist. Chairs provided. Exercises customized to fit ability. Free for members.

Birdsboro Senior Group: meets the first and third Thursday of each month at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 5 Brooke Manor in Birdsboro. Doors open at 9a.m. Anyone age 55 and older from the Birdsboro area welcome. Bingo on first Thursday and craft on third Thursday, both start at 9:30a.m. A home cooked meal is served at noon.
