The Polk County Board of Tax Assessors meets the first Tuesday of each month, at 9 a.m. located in the Polk County Administra­tion Building-Suite F. The City of Aragon will hold their monthly work session at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 at city hall, located at 2814 Rome Highway, Aragon.

Following the work session, the council will convene at city hall for their regular session at 7 p.m.

Don’t forget this weekend is the annual Aragon BBQ scheduled for the weekend of June 24 and 25.
