Dennis Eugene Conley, 61, Rockmart, was arrested on July 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property, reckless conduct, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, and criminal use of an article with altered ID mark (other than motor vehicle).

Dashawn Isaac Ward, 18, Rome, was taken into custody on July 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, reckless conduct, discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, criminal use of an article with altered ID mark (other than motor vehicle), and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officers.

Bradley Otis Godfrey, 38, Aaragon, was taken into custody on July 1 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r bench warrant, no insurance, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Jesse Lee Haywood, 32, Tallapoosa, was jailed on July 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer, first degree forgery, and misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Clarissa Carla King, 37, Rockmart, was arrested on July 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Willie James Conley, 29, Rockmart, was jailed on July 2 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property, reckless conduct, discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, and criminal use of an article with altered ID mark (other than motor vehicle).

Jerry Don Boyd, 68, Taylorsvil­le, was arrested on July 2 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of reckless driving and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Henry Lamar Burge, 56, Dalton, was jailed on July 2 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking.

Samantha Michelle Hudson, 23, Cedartown, was taken into custody on July 2 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of first degree cruelty to children - deprivatio­n of sustenance, reckless abandonmen­t of child, and reckless conduct.

Mark Anthony Lester, 44, Cedartown, was jailed on July 2 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of suspended registrati­on and DUI - driving under the influence of alcohol - concentrat­ion is 0.08G or more within three hours or more.

Joshua Brandon Metscher, 32, Dallas, was taken into custody on July 2 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of operator and passenger must wear helmet, misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, two counts of acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identifica­tion of motor vehicle, no insurance, suspended registrati­on, obscuring tag frame or tinted tag covers prohibited, two counts of no brake lights or working turn signals, tag lights required, operator and passenger must have eye protection, and operating an unsafe improperly equipped vehicle.

Michael Todd Payne, 51, Cedartown, was arrested on July 2 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer.

Jeremy Adam York, 36, Albany, Ky., was jailed on July 3 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, possession of methamphet­amine, failure to maintain lane, reckelss driving, suspended registrati­on, no insurance, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and possession and use of drug related objects.

Adrian Jermaine Chubb, 34, Cedartown, was taken into custody on July 3 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and expired tag.

Marquis Antwan Harris, 37, Cedartown, was arrested on July 3 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

James P. Thigpen, 55, Cedartown, was jailed on July 3 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery and improper Uturn.

John Randolph Weatherby, 38, Piedmont, Ala., was arrested on July 3 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r first offense of possession and carrying concealed weapon without a license.

Connor Jackson Brock, 19, Rockmart, was arrested on July 4 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of second degree criminal damage to property.

Wendy Michelle Ferguson, 39, Rockmart, was jailed on July 4 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) first offense battery.

Robert Jamison Leigh, 40, Rockmart, was taken into custody on July 4 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers

Frankie Carl Nicholson, 54, Rockmart, was arrested on July 4 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and aggravated battery.

Dartania Cantrez Arnold, 19, Cedartown, was taken into custody on July 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, and misdemeano­r drugs not in original container.

Daniel Fitzpatric­k Barry, 38, Rome, was arrested on July 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of financial transactio­n card fraud.

Trina Thomas, 47, Douglasvil­le, was jailed on July 5 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, reckless driving, and defective equipment.

Robert Shane Turner, 42, Cedartown, was arrested on July 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects, and headlight requiremen­ts.

Dustin Cody Hannah, 26, Rockmart, was arrested on July 6 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony first degree burglary, and criminal trespass.

David Allen Jarrell, 33, Cedartown, was taken into custody on July 6 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Arthur Lee Pope, 47, Cedartown, was jailed on July 6 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of tire requiremen­ts, fail to use signal, improperly displayed tag, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.
