The City of Aragon will hold their monthly work session at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 at city hall, located at 2814 Rome Highway, Aragon.

Following the work session, the council will convene at city hall for their regular session at 7 p.m.

The Polk County Public Safety and Public Works committees are set to meet on July 28, 2016 starting at 2 p.m. with the Public Safety committee at the Polk County Administration offices at 144 West Ave., Cedartown. The Public Works meeting will follow at 3 p.m.

The Cedartown City Commission will gather for the August work session on Aug. 1, 2016 at 6 p.m. in the city commission meeting room at city hall, located at the corner of East Avenue and Prior Streets in downtown Cedartown.

The regular meeting will follow on Aug. 8, 2016 at 6 p.m.

The Polk County Board of Tax Assessors meets the first Tuesday of each month, at 9 a.m. located in the Polk County Administration Building-Suite F. Their coming meeting is set to be held on Aug. 2, 2016.
