Ricky Lee Branton, 53, Rome, was arrested on July 7 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony theft by shopliftin­g.

Kimberly Kelley Cruz, 36, Rockmart, was taken into custody on July 7 by the Polk County Police Department on three charges of third degree cruelty to children - allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/family violence, and one charge of first offense Family Violence Act (FVA) battery.

Billy Wayne Hooper, 42, Cedartown, was jailed on July 7 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Doris Francis McIntosh, 48, White, Ga., was arrested on July 7 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct and misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Timmie Frazier, 51, Aragon, was arrested on July 11 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and two counts of reckless conduct.

Brian Fletcher Turner, 51, Cedartown, was taken into custody on July 11 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and too fast for conditions.

Ricki Shane Miller, 20, Rockmart, was jailed on July 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by receiving stolen property, misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, reckless driving, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Oscar Corona Mondragon, 20, Cedartown, was arrested on July 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of must have headlights and taillights on while operating vehicle, operator must wear a helmet, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Joshua Lewis Owens, 25, Aragon, was taken into custody on July 12 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, and bond drop/bad boyz bonding.

Jose Lucio Reveles-Gonzalez, 40, Cedartown, was jailed on July 12 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of littering, failure to stop at stop sign, open container, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Tyler Brantley Sherbert, 32, Cedartown, was arrested on July 12 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and failure to stop at stop sign.

Kayla Michelle Wood, 26, Aragon, was taken into custody on July 12 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, and defective equipment.

Erik Joan Cordero Morillion, 32, Cedartown, was arrested on July 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, public drunkennes­s, misdemeano­r public indecency - first or second conviction, loitering or prowling, and entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft or felony.

Sandra Janice Dunn, 46, Rockmart, was taken into custody on July 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on misdemeano­r charges of deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1499.

Cassidy Paige Kerr, 24, Cedartown, was jailed on July 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1499 and misdemeano­r interferen­ce with custody - first or second conviction.

Shaneka Nicole Office, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on July 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault and four counts of third degree cruelty to children - allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/family violence.

James Andrew Crawford, 24, Cedartown, was arrested on July 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property, and misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

Melvin Deray Kent, 45, Cedartown, was taken into custody on July 14 by the Rockmart Police Department on three charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g and two counts of misdemeano­r theft by deception.

Angela Carlette Lyle, 46, Cedartown, was jailed on July 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine.

Alejandro Perez, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on July 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking.
