Thomas James Hilburn, 34, Aragon, was arrested on August 12 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession and use of drug related objects, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, and felony probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

Barbara Jean Chastain, 28, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 12 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers and felony probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

Ronald Oliver Kirby, 49, Cedartown, was jailed on August 12 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunk.

Aaron Lee McCarty, 32, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of pedestrian under the influence.

Jason Roddy Maginness, 45, Taylorsvil­le, was arrested on August 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r second degree homicide by vehicle, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and violation of conditions on limited driving permit.

Brian Duane Arno, 40, Rome, was arrested on August 13 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, and failure to maintain lane.

James Edward Daniel, 61, Rockmart, was jailed on August 13 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of unlawful conduct during 911 call/contacts 911 for purpose of annoy/ harrass/molest 911 officer or interfere.

Lisa Elizabeth Crocker, 39, Cedartown, was arrested on August 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) criminal trespass and FVA simple battery.

Melisa Jean Harris, 44, Rockmart, was jailed on August 13 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of false statements or writings; conceal facts or fraudulent documents in matters of government.

Ladon Shariko Ware, 31, Rockmart, was taken into custody on August 13 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA criminal trespass and FVA simple battery.

Jeremias Aurelio Castanon, 33, Cedartown, was jailed on August 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunk.

Jacob Daniel Glaze, 20, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of terroristi­c threats and acts, and two counts of third degree cruelty to children - child less than 18 years of age present/ hearts act/commits forcible felony/battery/FVA.

Demetrica Marshea Mallory, 18, Cedartown, was jailed on August 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA battery and obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call.

Claude Danny Morris, 19, Piedmont, Ala., was arrested on August 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, and three counts of reckless conduct.

Morgan Taylor Souder, 22, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 14 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of FVA aggravated assault.

Douglas Ray Colvin, 55, Cedartown, was arrested on August 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Earl Ore, 57, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 15 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of aggravated stalking.

Robert L. Stout, 26, Cedartown, was jailed on August 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest, public park curfew, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer.

Billy Joe Bagley, 46, Cedartown, was arrested on August 16 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, and two charges of misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Lola Marie Runyan, 27, Rockmart, was jailed on August 16 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, and misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

LaShae Kimberlee Bacchus, 27, Rockmart, was arrested on August 17 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA simple assault and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Brandon Ray Carter, 28, Rome, was jailed on August 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony driving while license suspended or revoked, driving in divided highway, controlled access roadways, and emergency lances, and driving on wrong side of roadway.

Quinton Raymun Darden, 25, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of no insurance, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and tags: alteration or improperly transferre­d.

Vicki Lynn Daughtery, 59, Tallapoosa, was arrested on August 17 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of fourth degree forgery.

Shakevi Am Robert, 28, Cedartown, was jailed on August 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of defective equipment and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Monique Palmer Banks, 33, Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 18 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery and third degree cruelty to children - allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence.

Heather Clark, 35, Kingston, was jailed on Aug. 18 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of first degree forgery.

Travis James McDonald, 30, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Aug. 18 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA criminal trespass and misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Eliseo Mendiola Olvera, 32, Cedartown, was arrested on Aug. 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunk and disorderly conduct.

Christophe­r Dennis Moore, 42, Cedartown, was jailed on Aug. 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance, and suspended registrati­on.

Angela Dawn Smith, 43, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Aug. 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Chelsa Sheree Womack, 17, Aragon, was arrested on Aug. 18 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Benjamin Joseph Zarzana, 27, Aragon, was taken into custody on Aug. 18 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.
