Notice of General Election: Tuesday November 8, 2016

Notice is hereby given that the General Election will be held on Tuesday November 8, 2016 from 7am-7pm. The last day to register is Tuesday October 11, 2016 to be able to vote in this election.

Logic and Accuracy Testing:

Notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing and preparation of voting equipment to be used in the General Election will begin at 10:00am September 19, 2016. Testing will continue until complete and is open to the public. Said testing and preparation will be conducted at 144 West Ave, Suite D, Cedartown, Ga 30125.

Early Voting:

Early voting will begin Monday October 17, 2016- Friday November 4, 2016. This will be held at the elections office at 144 West Ave, Suite D, Cedartown, Ga and in Rockmart at the Nathan Dean Center. We will open at 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. We will also be open on Saturday October 29, 2016 for early voting 9:00am-4:00pm at both locations. Voting will not be held at the elections office on Election Day. You will need to go to your assigned precinct. Please make sure before going to the polls that you know what your assigned precinct is, if you are not sure of the correct precinct please call our office at 770 749-2103. If you are unable to go vote at these times please contact our office and we can send you out an absentee application.
