Darrius Tremayne Cooper, 27, Rome, was arrested on August 26 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, speeding in excess of maximum limits, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony offense, driving on wrong side of roadway, crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, and drugs without consent, and sentenced.

Daniel Lee Corn, 26, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, adult seatbelt, and DUI - driving under the influence of alcohol - concentrat­ion is 0.08G or mroe within three hours or more.

Christy Dawn Dean, 34, Cedartown, was arrested on August 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Odbert Glenn Ellison, 31, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and no brake lights or working turn signals.

Clifford Wayne Bowman, 55, Aragon, was jailed on August 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of suspended registrati­on, no insurance, failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of an accident, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Tracy Lynn Brock, 45, Lindale, was taken into custody on August 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.

Christophe­r Michael O’Daniel, 40, Cave Spring, was taken into custody on August 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony theft by shopliftin­g.

Wynter Perry, 53, Cedartown, was jailed on August 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r theft of services.

Brandon Sauce, 30, Temple, was taken into custody on August 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespass.

Brandon Michael Stephens, 27, Kennesaw, was jailed on August 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g, disorderly conduct, and misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

Trina Michelle Terry, 49, Cedartown, was arrested on August 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Jesus Torrez-Suazo, 46, Cedartown, was taken into custody on August 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to maintain lane, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Ashley Nichole Bandy, 30, Rome, was arrested on August 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Bryant Quinn Cooper, 27, Rockmart, was jailed on August 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Dimitrius Lashaun Huggins, 34, Cedartown, was arrested on August 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to maintain lane.

David Maldonado, 18, Rockmart, was taken into custody on August 27 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Christy Lynn Porter, 38, Buchanan, was arrested on August 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of felony theft by shopliftin­g.

Raymond Douglas Waddle, 56, Aragon, was taken into custody on August 27 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) first offense battery, and felony obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Maggie Marie Wheeler, 29, Cedartown, was arrested on August 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Maynor Menjivar, 25, Carrollton, was jailed on August 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of speeding and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Matthew Ryan Nixon, 24, Aragon, was arrested on August 28 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane, driving on wrong side of roadway, and failure to obey traffic control device.

Christophe­r Thomas Williams, 22, Bremen, was arrested on August 28 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Macy Renee James, 22, Rockmart, was arrested on August 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r bench warrant, possession and use of drug related objects, possession of methamphet­amine, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer.

Jason Balaam Lovig, 35, Cedartown, was jailed on August 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of fire restrictio­ns and child support lockup order.

Jacob Edward Watson, 30, Rockmart, was taken into custody on August 29 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense, and child support lockup order.

Antoine Rashad Williams, 27, Cedartown, was arrested on August 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Jesse LeWayne Casper, 30, Rome, was jailed on August 30 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of terroristi­c threats and acts.

Heaven Dawn Lee Hood, 18, Rome, was arrested on August 30 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.

David Ronnie Jay, 46, Aragon, was taken into custody on August 30 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of second degree criminal damage to property and criminal trespass.

Arther Casey Rogers, 21, Dallas, was jailed on August 30 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and reckless driving.

Jessie Lorene Welchel, 26, Cedartown, was arrested on August 30 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of false report of a crime.

Frank Edward Ferrell, 42, Rockmart, was arrested on September 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and first degree felony burglary.

Karen Lisa Fincher, 34, Cedartown, was taken into custody on September 1 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of battery.

Billy Jamon Flemister, 32, Cedartown, was jailed on September 1 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of failure to stop at stop sign, headlight requiremen­ts, reckless driving, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, too fast for conditions, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Dylan Wallace Johnson, 17, Rockmart, was arrested on September 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of unlawful eavesdropp­ing or surveillan­ce.

Brooke Megan Langley, 23, Aragon, was taken into custody on September 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and first degree felony burglary.

Georgia Marie Salmon, 39, Aragon, was jailed on September 1 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Sandra Lynn Schonkwile­r, 52, Rockmart, was arrested on September 1 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another, and aggravated assault.
