Ronald Steve Barnes, 57, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 2 on a charge of forgery in the first degree by Rockmart Police.

William Joseph Henson, 31, of Cartersville, was jailed by Polk County Police on Sept. 6 on charges of hit and run, aggressive driving and following too closely.

Jesus Lomeli, 19, of Acworth, was jailed by Rockmart Police on Sept. 4 on charges of reckless conduct, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, and furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverages by persons below legal age.

Ollie Mitchell Morris, 37 of Cedartown, was arrested on Sept. 2 on charges of aggravated assault by Cedartown Police.

Bobby Edward Perez, 42, of Aragon, was arrested by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of financial transaction card fraud, misdemeanor theft by taking, and a probation violation charge for a finger printable offense.

Oswaldo Simon Reynoso, 29, of Rome, was jailed on Sept. 3 by Polk County Police on charges of driving without a valid license-misdemeanor, failure to maintain lane, and hit and run: duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident.

Jimmy Scott Sanders, 46, of Rockmart, was arrested by Polk County Police on Sept. 2 on two felony counts of theft by receiving stolen property and a parole violation charge.

Justin Evezelle Cox, 33, of Cedartown, was arreste dby Cedartown Police on Sept. 6 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender, obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

David Lloyd Kelley, 42, of Rockmart, was arrested on Sept. 7 by Rockmart Police on charges of simple battery and two counts of aggra- vated assault under the family violence act.

Cory James Byess, 30, of Cedartown, was jailed by cedartown Polcie on Sept. 8 on charges of felony theft by taking, criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Amanda Lynn Diamond, 27, of Rockmart, as jailed by cedartown Polcie on Sept. 8 on charges of felony theft by taking, criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Jacquline A Ledbetter, 18, of Cedartown, was arrested by Polk County Police on two counts of obstruction of law enforcement officers and one count of party to a crime on Sept. 8.

Agustin Sandoval, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested by Polk County Police on Sept. 8 on charges of no insurance, driving without a valid license, and expired registration.

Barry Lee Smith, 35, of Cedartown, was arrested by Cedartown Police on Sept. 8 on charges of felony theft by taking, criminal trespass and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Robert Edward Lee Stout, 26, of Cedartown, was arrested by Polk County Police on Sept. 8, 2016 on charges of felony burglary, theft by taking, theft by deception, and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
