Micah West Blankenship, 42, Cedartown, was arrested on October 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Lelia Tracy Borders, 46, Rockmart, was taken into custody on October 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor driving without a valid license, slow poke law (left lane driving prohibited), and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer.

Jeffrey Kent Couzzort, 44, Rockmart, was jailed on October 28 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officer.

Madison Tiara Marshall, 29, Summerville, was taken into custody on October 28 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of suspended registration, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, two counts of resisting arrest/officer obstruction, and two counts of child seatbelt.

Joseph Samuel Wentzell, 58, Rockmart, was jailed on October 28 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Misty Shae Hamrick, 37, Rockmart, was arrested on October 29 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery and misdemeanor theft by taking.

Anthony Franklin Jones, 55, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 29 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and public drunkenness.

Barry Neal, 53, Cedartown, was arrested on October 29 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Gary Coggins, 28, Cedartown, was jailed on October 30 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of second degree criminal damage to property, entering automobile, and loitering or prowling.

Jody Rodney Landrum, 27, Rockmart, was arrested on October 30 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol – concentration is 0.08G or more within three hours or more, and failure to maintain lane.

Kristen G. McMordie, 27, Silver Creek, was taken into custody on October 31 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent, felony purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession and use of drug related objects, and two counts of misdemeanor bench warrant.

Ralph Eugene Bonds, 71, Cedartown, was taken into custody on October 31 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Teamesha Latrice Jackson, 23, Rockmart, was jailed on October 31 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery and FVA criminal trespass.

Demetria Mallory, 44, Cedartown, was arrested on October 31 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of first offense FVA battery.

Brandon Lee Payne, 23, Rome, was jailed on October 31 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

Justin D. Runyon, 23, Cedartown, was arrested on October 31 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Charles Kelvin Tucker, 49, Marietta, was taken into custody on October 31 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA criminal trespass.

Darcy Christine Fox, 40, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 1 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI – less safe – alcohol, habitual violator, failure to maintain lane, hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident.

Randy Thomas Bradford, 37, Cedartown, was arrested on November 1 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery and felony probation violation for finger-printable offense.

Joseph Harrison Dickert, 19, Cedartown, was jailed on November 1 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault.

Charles Willie Haygood, 48, Cartersville, was arrested on November 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Justin Daniel Wilson, 27, Rockmart, was jailed on November 1 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of second degree forgery.

Misty Leigh Hayes, 28, Rockmart, was arrested on November 2 by the Polk County Police Department on misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Mae Woods, 32, Rockmart, was taken into custody on November 2 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated assault.

Jordan Tyler York, 21, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 3 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office on charges of DUI - less safe - alcohol, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic control device, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, and hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident.

Gene Wendell Ferguson, 58, Rockmart, was arrested on November 3 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of battery.

Sheila Ann West, 34, Cedartown, was jailed on November 3 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1,499.
