Timothy Brian Pope, 27, Cedartown, was jailed on November 4 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and tag/registrati­on requiremen­ts.

David Lee Smith, 46, Cedartown, was arrested on November 4 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Nolana Jane West, 40, Rockmart, was jailed on November 4 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Don Scedrick Harris, 48, Rome, was taken into custody on November 5 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony violation of Georgia employment security law, and indictment.

William Kevin Dial, 44, Cedartown, was arrested on November 5 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of reckless conduct.

Stephen Charles Corn, 37, Cedartown, was jailed on November 5 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

Kelly Glynn Jarrell, 43, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 5 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery.

Normal Carl Layton, 34, Cartersvil­le, was arrested on November 5 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of first offense FVA battery, and three counts of third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence.

Rebeca Latrish Paige, 35, Cartersvil­le, was taken into custody on November 5 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA first offense battery, and thee counts of third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence.

Tomas Lopez Castro, 20, Rockmart, was jailed on November 5 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of DUI – less safe – alcohol, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, and speeding in excess of maximum limits.

Jose Trinidad Patrino, 19, Rockmart, was arrested on November 5 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

Tyiesha N. Wright, 23, Rockmart, was taken into custody on November 5 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Nick Daniel Mason, 20, Cedartown, was jailed on November 6 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

Michael Timothy Moody, 55, Rockmart, was arrested on November 6 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, and dischargin­g firearm while under influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nekiesha Nicole Wright, 35, Hiram, was taken into custody on November 6 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery, and simple battery.

Tyler Lee Graham, 27, Buchanan, was arrested on November 7 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Maughn Marie Heisler, 54, Rockmart, was taken into custody on November 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA first offense battery.

Kelly LeAnne Ruff, 50, Rockmart, was jailed on November 7 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of no insurance, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, suspended registrati­on, reckless driv- ing, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and expired registrati­on.

David Lee Smith, 46, Cedartown, was arrested on November 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Charles Adam Sotzin, 26, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking, misdemeano­r theft by deception, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and adult seatbelt.

Devin Lee Quick, 29, Williamson, was arrested on November 7 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of hold for state board of pardons and parole Atlanta.

Tyrone Davis, 58, Rockmart, was arrested on November 10 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Shawn David Messer, 52, Rockmart, was taken into custody on November 10 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, crossing state/ county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, drugs without consent, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and acquiring license plate for purpose of concealing identifica­tion of motor vehicle.

Michael Bradley Thomas, 46, Rockmart, was jailed on November 10 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA first offense battery and third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness forcible felony/ battery/family violence.

Charles William Warner, 57, Cedartown, was arrested on November 10 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of financial transactio­n card theft and financial transactio­n card fraud.
