Byron Chad Abernathy, 33, Adairsvill­e, was taken into custody on November 11 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI – less safe – drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Derrick Lebron Griffin, 25, Rome, was jailed on November 11 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery.

Dartania Cantrez Arnold, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on November 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, failure to maintain lane, failure to obey traffic devices or police, and three counts of failure to stop at stop sign.

Samuel Aaron Cole, 60, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, and failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object.

Elandon Towns, 29, Rockmart, was jailed on November 12 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Michael Darryl Brown, 27, Summervill­e, was arrested on November 13 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of possession of a firearm by convicted felon or first offender, misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers, reckless conduct, and possession and use of drug related objects.

John Steven Atcheson, 48, Jasper, was jailed on November 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Donald Lee M. Hagerman, 28, Aragon, was arrested on November 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA (Family Violence Act) simple battery and third degree cruelty to children – allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/family violence.

Douglas Hammontree, 56, Austell, was taken into custody on November 13 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of battery.

James William Hulsey, 48, Cedartown, was jailed on November 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery and misdemeano­r theft by taking.

David Ray Phillips, 24, Rockmart, was arrested on November 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property, possession of firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, expired registrati­on, and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

James Edward Preston, 22, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Savannah Cheyenne Shirey, 17, Cedartown, was jailed on November 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Phillip A. Stock, 56, Rockmart, was arrested on November 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunk and disorderly conduct.

Heather Dawn Rock-Campbell, 32, Signal Mountain, Tenn., was arrested on November 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act, use of a communicat­ion facility in committing or facilitati­ng a felony act, and here for court.

Barbara Chas’ka Morris, 28, Centre, Ala., was jailed on November 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia Controlled Substance Act and use of a communicat­ion facility in committing or facilitati­ng a felony act.

Chastity Paul, 20, Rome, was taken into custody on November 14 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of first degree forgery.

Jonathan Daniel Wheeler, 32, Aragon, was jailed on November 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery.Ronald Colt Blackmon, 23, Rockmart, was arrested on November 15 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony second degree burglary.

William Clyde Chastain, 54, Dallas, was taken into custody on November 15 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA first offense battery.

Demetri Eugene Darden, 40, Cedartown, was jailed on November 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Vincent Vanzelle Mitchell, 50, Cedartown, was arrested on November 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

Anthony Lymon Ore, 34, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 15 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by taking.

Steven Wayne Whitley, 32, Rockmart, was jailed on November 15 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of aggravated battery.

Tizadrian Quamel Wilson, 19, Cedartown, was arrested on November 15 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony probation violation for fingerprin­table offense and misdemeano­r probation violation for fingerprin­table offense.

Amber Deighanna Harrell, 23, Cedartown, was arrested on November 16 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, misdemeano­r bench warrant, and no license on person.

Daqvon Douglas Smash, 28, Rockmart, was arrested on November 16 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, speeding, and crossing state/county guard lines with weapons, intoxicant­s, and drugs without consent.

Darius Jermal Armour, 25, Rockmart, was arrested on November 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of discharge of firearms on or near public highway or street, and felony theft by receiving stolen property.

Randy Dwight Barber, 56, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and expired reg- istration.

Brittany Borders, 19, Villa Rica, was jailed on November 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

Daniel Alan Chrzan, 35, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Da’Elan Louis Crawford, 20, Rockmart, was arrested on November 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of suspended registrati­on, no insurance, failure to stop at stop sign, and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.

Nelson LaShawn Palmore, 42, Piedmont, Ala., was jailed on November 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of no turn signal and driving license suspended.
