The following people were arrested and jailed between Nov. 22 and Nov. 27, 2016. The Polk County Sheriffs Office releases arrest reports on weekday mornings, which can be found at Polkstanda­rdjournal.com.

Allison Charlene Edwards, 36, Cedar Bluff, Ala., was arrested on November 21 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of child support lockup order.

Douglas Elray Fuselier, 61, Rockmart, was jailed on November 21 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Aaron Paul Jefferson, 37, Cedartown, was taken into custody on November 21 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers and two counts of misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Bucky James Smith, 34, Aragon, was arrested on November 21 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two charges of felony second degree burglary.

Quinton Raymun Darden, 25, Rockmart, was arrested on November 22 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery and FVA criminal trespass.

Jo Leann Wills, 37, Rockmart, was arrested on November 22 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA simple battery.

Dakota Lamar Smith, 28, Aragon, was arrested on November 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of second degree criminal damage to property, simple battery, disorderly conduct, obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call, and two charges of third degree cruelty to children – child less than 18 years of age present/hears act/ commits forcible felony/battery/ FVA.

Marcus Tarik Douglas, 41, Rockmart, was arrested on November 22 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer.

Jeffery DeWayne Mullinax, 51, Cartersvil­le, was arrested on November 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on four charges of misdemeano­r theft by deception, and four charges of misdemeano­r deposit account fraud ( bad checks) no more than $1499.

Bryan David Cochran, 38, Rockmart, was arrested on November 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

John C. Youngblood, 43, Cedartown, was arrested on November 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r deposit account fraud (bad checks) no more than $1499.

Rudelino Escalante Velasquez, 36, Cedartown, was arrested on November 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r driving without a valid license, and hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident.

Romero Hernandez, 40, Cartersvil­le, was arrested on November 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkennes­s.
