Kimberly Collum, 46, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on felony first degree burglary.

Jody Morris Strickland, 37, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Jessie Shane Trusell, 23, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 13 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery and obstructin­g or hindering persons making emergency telephone call.

Raymond Jermaine Woodard, 30, Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 14 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of FVA first offense battery, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of third degree cruelty to children - allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/FVA and three counts of FVA simple battery,

Jeremy Wray Herren, 39, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 14 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to maintain insurance, driving while reg. Suspended, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, and adult seatbelt.

David Lamar Cook, 42, Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 15 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of DUI less safe combinatio­n of 1-3.

Waylon Mitch Jacobs, 36, Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 15 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and misdemeano­r obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Quortaviou­s S. Spurgeon, 19, Rockmart, was arrested on Jan. 15 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of felony theft by taking, and reckless conduct.

Brandy Marie Ely, 34, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 16 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of taillights required, view obstructed (windshield/ other), tire requiremen­ts, driving with suspended tag, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and giving false name, address, or birth date to law enforcemen­t officer.

Bucky James Smith, 34, Aragon, was arrested on Jan. 16 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, tag lights required, and resisting arrest/officer obstructio­n.

Nancie Ann Borders, 43, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Jan. 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, no license tag, misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked, and removing/affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misreprese­nt.

Kaley Louise Brown, 23, Rockmart, was jailed on Jan. 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine, and open container violation.

Timothy Brian Pope, 27, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Jan. 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphet­amine and misdemeano­r bench warrant.

Temperance ML Wilson, 30, Savannah, was jailed on Jan. 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property, and misdemeano­r driving while license suspended or revoked.

Lauren Rebecca Worthan, 22, Villa Rica, was taken into custody on Jan. 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Justin Thomas Honea, 30, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 18 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, FVA first offense battery, and two counts of third degree cruelty to children allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/FVA.

Christina Ann Jones, 31, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 18 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeano­r theft by shopliftin­g.

Brittany Sheonte Slaton, 22, Rockmart, was jailed on Jan. 18 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of two counts of criminal trespass and simple assault.

Tanya Charise Stallings, 45, Cedartown, was jailed on Jan. 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, resisting arrest, and failure to yield when entering roadway.

Angela C. Kerr, 55, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 19 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeano­r deposit account fraud ( bad checks) no more than $1499.

Cesar Omar Ramirez, 25, Cedartown, was arrested on Jan. 19 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits and misdemeano­r driving without a valid license.
