Michael James Davis, 19, Rockmart, was jailed on Feb. 24 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of loud exhaust, and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Joseph Clayton Earwood, 20, Aragon, was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, reckless driving, felony theft by taking, felony theft by receiving stolen property, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Tyler Lee Graham, 27, Buchanan, was jailed on Feb. 24 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of felony theft by taking, felony theft by receiving stolen property, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Demitrius LaShaun Huggins, 35, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Owen Floyd Scott Lee, 17, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 24 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Zyshonne L. Middlebrooks, 18, Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Sally Marie Ni man ,19, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 24 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of felony theft by receiving stolen property.

David Joseph Richards, 33, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Tiffany Nicole Scoggins, 22, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 24 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of felony theft by taking, felony theft by taking stolen property, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Ir ma Roman Jacobo ,44, Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 25 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of child seatbelt and misdemeanor driving without a valid license.

Alastair Lee Bowden, 29, Dallas, was taken into custody on Feb. 26 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked.

Heather Brinkley, 24, Rockmart, was arrested on Feb. 26 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery and disorderly conduct.

Rodney Faine, 48, Rockmart, was jailed on Feb. 26 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of aggravated stalking.

Melvin Deray Kent, 45, Rockmart, was taken into custody on Feb. 26 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, taillights/lenses required, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joshua Lewis Owens ,25, Rockmart, was jailed on Feb. 26 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of criminal trespass.

Rodney Phillips, 47, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 26 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of expired registration, tags: alteration or improperly transferred, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked.

Kenneth William Reeves, 30, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 26 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of expired registration, tag lights required, no insurance, affixing license plate with intent to conceal, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and windshield/ window/ wiper requirements.

Paul David Love, 57, Aragon, was taken into custody on Feb. 27 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of public drunk and disorderly conduct.

Matthew Dalton Stroup, 48, Cedartown, was jailed on Feb. 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Justin Donald Wheeler, 29, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 27 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of loitering or prowling, resisting arrest, and felony probation violation for finger-printable offense.

Jennifer Bryson, 38, Cedartown, was arrested on Feb. 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of first degree cruelty to children – maliciously causing excessive pain, and simple battery.

Daniel Lytell Harrelson, 32, Piedmont, Ala., was jailed on Feb. 28 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on two charges of misdemeanor contributing to delinquency of a minor, and misdemeanor theft by taking.

Matthew Joseph Molock, 27, Cedartown, was taken into custody on Feb. 28 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery.

Brittany Scoggins, 28, Aragon, was arrested on Feb. 28 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft of lost/mislaid property.

Roger Carter Weems, 30, Lindale, was jailed on Feb. 28 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Jason Lamar Deems, 2 5 , Rockmart, was arrested on March 2 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Kayla Brittany Espeseth, 28, Aragon, was jailed on March 2 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of misdemeanor theft by taking.

Randall Scott Henderson, 25, Rockmart, was taken into custody on March 2 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA first offense battery.

Buddy DeWayne Kelley, 49, Aragon, was arrested on March 2 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of DUI – refusal, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked.

Olvera Mendiola Olvera, 32, Cedartown, was jailed on March 2 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jason Gregory Wortley, 43, Rockmart, was taken into custody on March 2 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, suspended registration, and knowingly making a false statement pertaining to motor vehicle insurance requirements.
