Stacey Stamper Alexander, 40, Rome, was arrested on March 17 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, DUI — less safe — drugs, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and improper tag display.

DeKeimon Dontori Carter, 30, Atlanta, was taken into custody on March 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery, and three counts of third degree cruelty to children — allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/ family violence.

Christopher Joe Cotton, 24, Rockmart, was jailed on March 17 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Trevor Glen Cox, 24, Rockmart, was arrested on March 17 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and DUI — less safe — alcohol.

Cody James Crocker, 27, Aragon, was taken into custody on March 17 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of DUI — driving under the influence of alcohol — concentration is 0.08G or more within three hours or more, and purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana.

Jeffrey Kurt Jenkins, 23, Aragon, was jailed on March 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana.

Thomas Lee Lipscomb, 33, Buchanan, was taken into custody on March 17 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of violation of a family violence order.

Dawson Bryant LittleJohn, 21, Rome, was jailed on March 17 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of speeding, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, open container violation, and DUI — less safe — alcohol.

Leonor De Sanchez Reyes, 34, Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 17 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of speeding in excess of maximum limits, and misdemeanor driving without a valid license.

William Daniel Rowell, 36, Cedartown, was jailed on March 17 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Tevin Ra’Shon Frazier, 23, Cedartown, was arrested on March 18 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and DUI — less safe — alcohol.

Cecil C Frith Jr., 39, Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting, and public drunkenness.

Christopher Tyler Jenkins, 22, Cedartown, was jailed on March 18 by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Kimberly Ann Hayth, 49, Cedartown, was arrested on March 18 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of public drunkenness.

Anthony LaShuan Williams, 31, Rockmart, was taken into custody on March 18 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, felony probation violation for fingerprintable offense, driving without licenses on person, and child restraint.

Rusty Lyle Epperson, 25, Rockmart, was jailed on March 19 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession and use of drug related objects.

Alissa Beth Garrett, 38, Aragon, was arrested on March 19 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Boregarde Whitfield Mitchell, 19, Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 19 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of simple battery, aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and first-degree cruelty to children — deprivation of sustenance.

Michael David Moore, 47, Cedartown, was jailed on March 19 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony probation violation for fingerprintable offense.

Paul Elliott Veal, 27, Cedartown, was arrested on March 19 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, speeding in excess of maximum limits, and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Kevin Hamilton Wilson, 57, Aragon, was taken into custody on March 19 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Jerome Alexander, 60, Rockmart, was taken into custody on March 20 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony probation violation for fingerprintable offense.

Jonathan Dwayne Heflin, 27, Cedartown, was arrested on March 20 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Monques Gmond Wasnley, 28, Rome, was jailed on March 20 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of battery.

Andy Bryant, 37, Cedartown, was arrested on March 21 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of FVA simple battery.

Justin Brady Deaton, 22, Aragon, was taken into custody on March 21 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a crime.

Nathaniel Todd Morris, 24, Rockmart, was jailed on March 21 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery on police officer, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, and misdemeanor probation violation for fingerprintable offense.

Melissa Alieen Singleton, 37, Rockmart, was arrested on March 21 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of simple battery against police officer/LE dog/corrections or detention officer, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Laura Watts Tucker, 54, Rockmart, was taken into custody on March 21 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — drugs, failure to maintain lane, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Darryl Ray Waddell, 5 5 , Cedartown, was jailed on March 21 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — drugs, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, and failure to maintain lane.

Earl Shane Slater, 30, Cave Springs, was jailed on March 22 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphetamine, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, tag lights required, and misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked.

Sheila Ann West, 34, Cedartown, was arrested on March 22 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of fourth degree forgery and financial transaction card fraud.

Jeremiah Emanul Moore, 30, Dalton, was taken into custody on March 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting and possession of firearm by convicted felon or first offender.

Amanda Lynn Diamond, 28, Rockmart, was arrested on March 22 by the Polk County Sheriffs Office on charges of felony probation violation for fingerprintable offense and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Amanda Nichole Williams, 34, Chatsworth, was taken into custody on March 22 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Mary Warren, 44, Powder Springs, was arrested on March 23 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of first degree criminal damage to property.

Sandra Linette Bowling, 31, Cedartown, was taken into custody on March 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Anthony Scott Presley, 32, Rockmart, was jailed on March 23 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of misdemeanor driving without a valid license, and adult seat belt.
