Kids’ Health Fair

Youngs Grove Elementary hosts 450 fifth-graders from around the Polk district in a health fair March 24 with the help of the Cedartown Kiwanis Club. The City of Cedartown’s Recreation department, the Sexual Assault Center of Northwest Georgia, Floyd Medical Center’s ambulance service, the Cedartown-Polk County Humane Society and more all took part in the fair, which provided information on a variety of subjects. It was the health fair’s 20th year.
