Robert Michael Deems, 48, Cedartown, was arrested on May 19 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — alcohol, following too closely, suspended registration, no insurance, and failure to maintain lane.

Sarah Ann Carter, 36, Rome, was arrested on May 20 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on seven counts of financial transaction card fraud, and one count of misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property.

Jennifer Leigh Clark, 34, Cedartown, was arrested on May 20 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of criminal trespass.

Andres Ramirez Arevalo, 42, Cedartown, was arrested on May 20 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple battery.

Ch a r l e s Ni ch o l a s Stocks, 37, Rockmart, was arrested on May 20 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of failure to maintain lane, failure to stop at stop sign, felony driving while license suspended or revoked, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and reckless driving.

Zachary Matthew Walker, 23, Leesburg, Ala., was arrested on May 20 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Austin Wayne Fowler, 24, Cedartown, was arrested on May 21 by the Polk County Police Department on charges of Family Violence Act (FVA) simple battery.

Harley Eugene Brown, 22, Cedartown, was arrested on May 22 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent.

James Clyde Cawood, 27, Cedartown, was arrested on May 22 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of resisting arrest, misdemeanor driving while license suspended or revoked, and tag lights required.

Jorden Jackson, 25, Aragon, was arrested on May 22 by the Polk County Sheriff ’s Office on charges of identity theft fraud when using/possession identifying information concerning a person - felony.

Malinda Lee Smith, 41, Cedartown, was arrested o n May 2 2 b y the Cedartown Police Department on charges of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, and misdemeanor bench warrant.

John Wesley Thompson, 34, Rockmart, was arrested on May 22 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor bench warrant.

Cody Ryan Edwards, 24, Rockmart, was arrested on May 24 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

Rembert Eugene Edwards, 61, Rockmart, was arrested on May 24 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

Kyler Gay, 20, Rockmart, was arrested on May 24 by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office on charges of FVA simple assault.

Robert Nicklolaus Jackson, 39, Cedartown, was arrested on May 24 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of simple assault, criminal trespass, aggravated stalking, misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement officers, and two counts of third degree cruelty to children — allow child to witness felony/battery/family violence.

Elizabeth R. Payne, 41, Canton, was arrested on May 24 by the Polk County Sheriff ’s Office on charges of contempt of court child support.

Sonia Lagene Edwards, 58, Rockmart, was arrested on May 25 by the Drug Task Force on charges of felony purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution, or sale of marijuana, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.

Angela Juliet Hughes, 42, Griffin, was arrested on May 25 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — drugs.

Melissa Kay Walther, 30, Rockmart, was arrested on May 25 by t he Aragon Police Department on charges of DUI — less safe — drugs.

Damarcus Jermaine James, 33, Cedartown, was arrested on May 25 by the Aragon Police Department on charges of driving while unlicensed, failure to signal when t urning or changing lanes, and child support lockup order.

Cherhonda Lachelle Martin, 46, Cedartown, was arrested on May 25 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Felicia Annette Martin, 50, Cedartown, was arrested on May 25 by the Cedartown Police Department on charges of disorderly conduct.

Sophia Ponder, 33, Atlanta, was arrested on May 25 by the Rockmart Police Department on charges of misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
