Deidre M Scofield, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested June 23, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of bench warrant- misdemeano­r, no insurance, expired tag, and tags: removing/affixing tag with intent.

Michael D Towns, 55, of Rockmart, was arrested June 23, 2017 by t he Rockmart Police Department for the charges of driving under the influence- combinatio­n of 1-3, driving while license suspended or revoked, and headlight requiremen­ts.

Lana Golder, 49, of Cedartown, was arrested June 23, 2017 by t he Cedartown Police Department for the charges of reckless conduct and criminal trespass.

Keenan Allen Goss,34, of Aragon, was arrested June 24, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for the charges of simple battery against police officer/le dog/correction­s or detention officer and obstructio­n of law enforcemen­t officers.

Kenny Lee Clemons,37, of Rockmart, was arrested June 24, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of theft by deception and theft by shopliftin­g.

Wendell Chad Crowe, 34, of Aragon, was arrested June 24, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of simple assault - family violence and cruelty to children-3rd degree-allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/family violence.

Cody Michael Jones, 21, of Rockmart, was arrested June 24, 2017 by the Polk County Police department for the charges of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol - concentrat­ion is 0.08g or more within 3 hrs or more.

Latoya Calice Nixon, 38, of Cedartown, was arrested June 24, 2017 by the Rockmart Police Department for the charges of battery- 1st offense and criminal trespass.

Edward Guy Paintin, 44, of Rome, was arrested June 24, 2017 by t he Rockmart Police Department for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, and giving false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcemen­t officer.

Corey Lee Baxter,33, of Rockmart, was arrested June 25, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for the charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving, and resisting arrest.

Randall Brett Garrett, 39, of Rockmart, was arrested June 25, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for the charges of two counts of simple battery - family violence and criminal trespass.

Trevontae Rashad Hardy, 26, of Dallas was arrested June 25, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for the charges of two counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property - 2nd degree, criminal trespass, simple battery - family, violence burglary - 1st degree (felony), and two counts of cruelty to children- 3rd degree-allow child to witness forcible felony/battery/family violence.

Guillermo Benito Agustin-Perez, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested June 26, 2017 by t he Cedartown Police Department for the charges of driving without a valid license and improper backing.

Jairion Tavaze Johnson, 22, of cedartown, was arrested June 26, 2017 by the Polk Drug Task Force for the charges of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, schedule I or II controlled substance- possession with intent, possession of tools f or commission of a crime, and two counts of manufactur­e or possession controlled or counterfei­t substance, or marijuana near park/housing project manufactur­e.

Brandon Scott Morgan,18, of Rockmart, was arrested June 26, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for the charges of possession of methamphet­amine, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, and possession and use of drug related objects.

James Robert Dutton, 50, of Cedartown, was ar- rested June 27, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of bench warrant, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to stop at stop sign, and resisting arrest.

Christophe­r Lavon Dyar, 28, of Whitesburg, was arrested June 27, 2017 by the Polk County Police department for the charges of theft by taking and loitering or prowling.

Shannon Lewis Edmondson,39, of Kingston, was arrested June 27, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charge of forgery of the 1st degree.

Clinton William Hall,56, of Cave Springs, was arrested June 27, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of tag lights required and driving under the influence- combinatio­n of 1-3.

Thomas William Hayes,45, of Cedartown, was arrested June 27, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of aggravated assault - family violence and simple battery - family violence.

Stephen Laurence Pless, 47, of Cedartown, was arrested June 27, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of improper lane change/ usage and driving under the influence of alcohol - concentrat­ion is 0.08g or more within 3 hrs or more.

Justin Thomas Brock, 32, of Rockmart, was ar- rested June 28, 2017 by the Polk County Sheriff's Office for the charges of eight counts of theft by shopliftin­g - felony.

Jaime Yvonne Oliver, 41, of Leesburg, was arrested June 28, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of defective equipment driving while license suspended or revoked- misdemeano­r and expired registrati­on.

Trenton Cole Walker, 20, of Cedartown, was arrested June 28, 2017 by the Polk County Police department f or t he charge of criminal trespass.

Ashley Lynn Welchel, 24, of Cedartown, was arrested June 28, 2017 by the Cedartown Police Department for the charges of probation violation finger -printable offense-felony and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

John Ryan Croker, 26, of Rockmart, was arrested June 29, 2017 by the Polk County Police department for the charge of sexual exploitati­on of children-possess or control any material depicting minor in sexually explicit.

Marquis Peek, 17, of Rockmart, was arrested June 29, 2017 by t he Rockmart Police Department for the charges of hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, driving without a valid license-misde meanor, failure to maintain lane, and too fast for conditions.
